1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jc77.io, creating an account, or using any Service provided by jc77, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You have read and accept the jc77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference.
• You have read and accept the jc77 Responsible Gaming Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jc77 platform. jc77 strictly enforces this age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds held in the account will be returned to the original payment source after identity verification. jc77 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The jc77 platform is operated for and targeted at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online betting and casino services is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. jc77 does not provide legal advice in this regard. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that your use of jc77 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) jc77 account. This single-account policy applies per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per shared payment method. Opening, attempting to open, or operating more than one account constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds contained within them.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. jc77 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided at registration. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.5 KYC Verification

jc77 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a period of elevated account activity. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by jc77 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jc77 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your jc77 account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account at the conclusion of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify jc77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

jc77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified jc77 of a breach of account security.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jc77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jc77 does not apply any currency conversion or exchange fee to BDT deposits. The payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location and account status.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit transaction. jc77 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time and may apply additional transaction-level limits for compliance purposes without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's jc77 account within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in the account balance. jc77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Prohibited Funding Sources

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, using credit card funds obtained through cash advances, or using proceeds from any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed KYC verification to jc77's satisfaction. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the technical capabilities of that payment method. jc77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within one (1) to six (6) hours under normal operating conditions. During peak periods, or where compliance review is required, processing may extend up to twenty-four (24) hours. jc77 is not responsible for additional delays caused by the recipient payment provider or financial institution.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. Players wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding published daily limits should contact support to arrange the transaction.

6.4 Bonus Wagering Before Withdrawal

Where a player has accepted a bonus offer, the wagering requirement associated with that bonus must be fulfilled in full before any withdrawal of funds attributable to the bonus can be processed. Real-money deposits not associated with a bonus offer are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification being complete.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by jc77 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds awarded by jc77 are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit for fulfilment, and maximum bet per round while a bonus is active will be specified in the promotion's terms. Failure to fulfil wagering requirements within the stipulated time will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jc77 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where evidence of systematic bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, collusion between players, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

7.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per payment method applies. Attempts to claim multiple welcome offers through new account registrations will be treated as multi-accounting and will result in account suspension.

8 Betting & Game Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on jc77 are subject to acceptance by the platform. jc77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, at incorrect odds, after the event's outcome has been determined, or where the platform's risk management systems flag the transaction for review.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface before a wager is placed. jc77 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or across the platform at any time.

8.3 Result Finality

Once a game round or sporting event has concluded and the result has been settled in your account, the outcome is final. jc77 will not reverse settled results except in cases of a documented technical error that materially affected the game outcome. All claims regarding settled results must be submitted to support within 48 hours of settlement.

8.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or platform outage during a game round or live betting session, jc77 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs and settle the bet accordingly. Where reconstruction is not possible, jc77 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account.

8.5 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments, if a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or significantly altered from its scheduled format, jc77 reserves the right to void affected markets or settle them in accordance with the official result recognised by the governing body. In-play markets will be suspended during official interruptions and may be voided if the match does not resume within a reasonable timeframe as determined by jc77.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jc77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in place of genuine manual player activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's games or betting systems.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid transaction reporting, or depositing proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back any deposit that has been played through the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any poker, live dealer, or multiplayer game environment.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documentation during KYC verification.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Reverse-engineer any software component of the jc77 platform.

Any unauthorised use of jc77 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jc77 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or platform outages outside jc77's direct control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Financial losses arising from your wagering decisions, regardless of the outcome.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on third-party websites or sources purportedly relating to jc77.

jc77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jc77 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits jc77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by jc77

jc77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your account activity indicates fraudulent, deceptive, or money-laundering behaviour.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised against a deposit made to your account.
• KYC verification documents provided are suspected to be false or fraudulent.
• Your account is the subject of a legal order, regulatory inquiry, or law enforcement request.

During a suspension, access to account funds may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. jc77 will notify you of the suspension by email where possible, though operational or legal constraints may prevent immediate notification.

13.2 Termination by jc77

Following investigation, jc77 may permanently close an account found to be in material breach of these Terms. Upon permanent closure for cause, jc77 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances not attributable to fraudulent activity will be returned to the verified payment source after completion of any applicable investigation and compliance review.

13.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the voluntary closure of your jc77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, jc77 will require KYC verification to be complete and will process any pending withdrawals in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Voluntary closure does not affect any obligations you owe to jc77 arising from activity prior to closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jc77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jc77 will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the jc77 platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document. Your continued use of jc77 following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15 Governing Law & Disputes

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of jc77 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of jc77, you agree to first contact jc77 support at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of up to fourteen (14) business days for jc77 to investigate and respond. jc77 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.

jc77's decisions on matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, account status, and rule interpretation are final in the absence of a demonstrable factual error and shall not be subject to reversal solely on the basis of a player's disagreement with the outcome.
